Life Has Its Many Challenges

If you are struggling, feeling stuck and finding it difficult to move forward in life you are not alone.

I offer a safe confidential service in a private setting in Brewood, within a 30 minute drive of Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock and Stafford, for you to make sense of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are causing distress.

I will not make decisions for you, but will support you in working through and understanding them with clarity using the skills, training and experience I have gained.

Counselling May Help You

It is common for people to feel silly or apprehensive about talking about issues that are troubling them.

No matter how big or small the dilemma, it is never silly to seek help, take care of your needs and look after yourself. To be human means that we don’t always get it right in our messy complicated lives. I am here to help you make sense of what troubles you so that feelings such as sadness, anger, guilt, embarrassment and shame can be left behind.

Insight can be both a painful and wonderful process, however the benefits provide possibilities and choice encouraging positive change and personal growth. This can be empowering and lessen feelings of helplessness in many situations.
